Shipping
Every order is dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrives within 7–15 days. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel moves.
Shipping is free on orders over $50 USD — Canada and the US alike. Under that, it’s a flat $8.55 to Canada or $14.18 to the United States, shown at checkout. We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
Ceramics travel a long way to reach you. We would rather tell you it is a wait than pretend it is overnight.
If something arrives broken
Send us a photo and we ship a replacement, free. You do not need to return the broken piece. Write to us at adam@brixelbrands.com and we will sort it out.
Returns
Unused sets can be returned within 30 days of delivery. If the ritual is not for you, send it back and we will refund you. Damaged or defective items are replaced free — see above.
Import duties
Depending on where you are and what the rules are when your parcel crosses the border, an import charge may apply. We do not collect duties at checkout. If you have a question before ordering, write to us and we will tell you what we know.
