30 days from delivery, no questions asked.

The condition

Unused and in original packaging. (A chasen that's touched water can't come back — bamboo remembers.)

How

Email hello@shopkumora.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; we refund your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or wrong item

That's on us. Send a photo and your order number to hello@shopkumora.com, and a replacement ships free — you keep or recycle the original.

Gift returns become store credit to the giftee, quietly. No one has to know.
