This website is operated by Kumora ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting shopkumora.com or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy.

Products and orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and discontinue any product at any time. Descriptions and images are as accurate as we can make them; glazed ceramics vary piece to piece, and that variance is inherent to the product, not a defect.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless shown otherwise at checkout. Prices may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed at checkout through Shopify's payment providers.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping timelines and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Both are linked in the footer of this site and at checkout.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep the information on this site current and correct, but occasional errors in descriptions, pricing, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to cancel orders arising from them, with a full refund.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, logos, and design — belongs to Kumora and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use this site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to harvest personal information of others.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site and its products are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kumora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Kumora is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
