We keep shipping the way we keep everything else: simple, and as promised.

Where we ship

Canada, the United States, and 26 more countries including the UK, EU, Australia, Japan and Singapore.

Canada

Free standard shipping on orders over $75 CAD. Under $75, standard shipping is $12. Express is $20.

United States

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD. Under that, standard shipping starts at $7.90 CAD by weight. Express is $34.90. All duties and import fees are included — the price at checkout is the price, full stop.

Everywhere else

Carrier-calculated Canada Post rates, shown at checkout.

Timing

Orders leave us within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link the moment your box ships.

How it arrives

Ceramics are packed to arrive calm and whole. Each piece is checked by hand before it ships. If anything arrives damaged, photograph it and write to us at hello@shopkumora.com within 7 days — we'll replace it. No forms, no debate.
