Canada and the United States.

Rates

Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 USD — to both Canada and the United States. Under $50, standard shipping is a flat $8.55 USD to Canada and $14.18 USD to the United States. The exact rate is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Timing

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Transit is typically 6–9 business days within Canada and 7–12 business days to the United States, so most orders arrive within 7–15 days. You’ll get a tracking link the moment your box ships.

Duties

We don’t collect duties or import fees at checkout. If customs assesses a charge on your parcel, the carrier collects it at delivery.

How it arrives

Ceramics are packed to arrive calm and whole. If anything arrives damaged, photograph it and write to us at hello@shopkumora.com within 7 days — we’ll replace it. No forms, no debate.
