How to use

  1. Sift two scoops of matcha into the bowl.
  2. Add 2–3 oz of water just off the boil (about 80°C).
  3. Whisk briskly in a "W" for 15–20 seconds, until a fine foam settles.
  4. Drink as is, or pour over ice or milk from the spout.
Materials & care

Rinse the bowl by hand with warm water. Dry the whisk prong-side-up on its stand — never in a drawer. Wipe the bamboo dry; never soak it.
